Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment we require a minimum of 24hrs notice in order to reallocate your appointment to another patient.
Failure to comply with this notice, or in the event of non- attendance without notification will result in the full fee being charged.
Patients who fail to attend an appointment without advising ‘Lisa Ives Osteopathy’ will be required to pay for all future appointments in advance.
